Water Lily #4

What a great week for Water Lily's and Aquatic flowers, many unbelievable well taken images. I have been inspired by the others and felt I could get away with posting one more. I expect some personal preferences will suggest cloning out the few bits of duck weed but I decided I liked it and the lily pads inclusion. Please specify "when ordering" if you want your print with/without duck weed!

The light is wonderful on this one. You've quite a bit of time in the pond to great effect Craig.

Craig: You're really hitting some home runs with your water lilies. I think the duck weed is an interesting and plus element. Well done.>=))>

As others have said, Craig, the lighting here is first class. I also like this for the composition, including the duckweed - the tiny accents of yellow, like the leaf, seem to me to add something to the overall effect. Fine image !

Absolutely delightful. The direction of light moving into the lily dictated the comp and you followed it well. Love the duckweed, also.

Craig, Another marvellous Lily shot from you. No problems here with the duckweed - when will I get my print now  ? I have noticed some wonderful spot lighting in all your Lily shots and that is a damn nice thing.

Craig:
Fabulous series of water lily. I think this one is my fav with duckweeds. :toast:

I would probably clone out the bright spots adjacent to the 4 and 5 o'clock petals.
