I posted this just a bit ago but noticed some spots that were bothering me.

This looks more like a photo as art image. It is very artistic and interested.

Very interesting and creative, Todd. Why did you choose such high f value for a silhouette?

Nice silhouette and colour of BG - possibly due to compression (?) I see some artefacts around the edges of the silhouette, though.

A fine silhouette. I'm glad you got all parts of the subject including the object on which it is standing (a thistle head?) sharply in focus. The color of the background is unusual but pleasing. There are artifacts around the edges, particularly around the antennae. I'm guessing that the artifacts are from JPEG compression.

This is not a moth. Moths have threadlike, or featherlike antennae. Butterflies have antennae with clubs or knobs at the ends, Skippers have antennae with hooks at the ends. This looks like a butterfly.

Govid i was just trying different fstops and this one looked the best. Buck thanks for the correction. Next time I will take a little more time in identifying my subject.
