The action is great, but the image looks flat. It needs more contrast.

Funny title. Tricky lighting situation with lots of shade, reflections and bright spots. I might apply a touch of global lightening, it would make the green in the background stand out more.

A fun image, Juan. Excellent interaction and poses. It looks to me like it could be a bit brighter.

I like the action you managed to capture Juan, but agree about the other comments on improvements that can be made. Also, your larger version is not a larger version again. You may want to re-read the guidelines, because you can load a much larger version and it certainly makes it easier for folks to critique the larger image.

Juan,
You have the makings of a great image. I don't know your techs since you opted not to post them (next time that would be helpful) but it looks like you had a very slow shutter speed considering the blur of the wings which I really like because the rest of the image is so sharp and detailed. It appers that you had plenty of light judging by the shadows but this image looks like it could really use a bump in exposure. I would also clone out the spots to the left of the bird drinking. Thanks for posting Juan.

Thanks for your advice David. Is ISO 800-0EV-F5.6-1/250. The blur i think is made by the flash (my camera just synch with flash at 250). Is made at 17:00 h with a strong sunlight outside. There isn´t much light at all at the water, the place is very close by the threes and there are very strong spot of light that make those reflection.
Usually i don´t clone, i use Aperture and don´t have Photoshop (neither time to use it).
Ok Kurt, I will put larger version too.
Thanks all of you, be patient is just my third picture on !!! I don´t manage well yet!!!
