Welcome to the wildlife gallery Andreas !
Well timed, you've caught the bat right at the moment its banking and the reflections in the water make for a great backdrop. My biggest complaint is that at this posted size, its really difficult to make out the details in the bat's face. Its one of those images that shines better when posted large. In case you haven't noticed, There is an option for including a larger version (upto 1200px wide).

Hi Andreas,
Welcome to the Wildlife Gallery. This is an interesting first post - the bat stands out nicely from background and is well-positioned within the frame. As Anand has pointed out, at this size it is hard to make out much detail on the bat (and hard to tell if it's in sharp focus or not).
You may find that the quality of the feedback you get on your shots will improve if you provide slightly more information with your image, such as lens info, shutter speed used, aperture, ISO, etc (without knowing this commenters have little to work with).
Cheers...thanks for sharing this...
