Beautiful muted color, texture and reflection Scott. Love the tranquility your scene portrays.

The oblique angle of the shoreline implies a tilt that's not actually there, but once the yees get over that this is quite pleasnig. I like the texture in the sand and the color on the horizon.

Scott,

Agree with Bill's comments. At first I was ready to jump on another rotated horizon, but clearly it's just how the scene is put together. I'm really enjoying the patterns in the wet sand and reflections in the water. So much so that I think you don't need half the sky. The sky is great, but to me the subject is all about the patterns, water/reflection and even the nice color along the distant horizon. But regardless, a pleasing seascape just as it is. thanks for posting.

Scott, the pattern in the sky makes for an interesting dynamics to my eye, within the otherwise calm scene. The textures at the bottom also add a lot for me.

Scott - I love all of the subtle parts of this image, especially those beautiful ripples in the sand. I really like this - beautiful work.

I really like this light, Scott. That and the textures hold my interest very nicely.
