Sunflower close up, cropped to square format. Hope this looks ok. Had to save the smaller at 75 and the larger at 48 to meet size reqts. Nikon d700, 180 macro, f22, 1/15. Comments welcome.

Scott,
For my tastes this is an exceptional image. I love the graphical, mathematical quality of it, the color gradient and the superb detail. I can get lost in the larger version. Beautiful work, all around.

This one is beautiful indeed- A very graphic image, with strong impact- The squared composition is a perfect choice, and I like very much the framing effect of the orange colour- My congrats, Fabio

Beautiful Scott, the diffuse light is perfect for this subject, allowing the fine detail and symmetry of patterns to stand out. Well done.

Dizzying. The drops keep me from being hypnotized.

Wicked! Love the drops especially. The center seems slightly blown.

Very interesting composition. The yellows are handled very well and the design makes the image.

Love it. Can't really say it any better than that. To get such a well formed center with the droplets and the fine detail is such eye-candy! The only weirdness with the compression I see is in the almost-neon orange in the corners. The square crop is perfect here!

Scott, I think this is gorgeous. The details are spectacular. A very somall degree of softness at the bottom but that's more of a small nit. Nice job.

Scott, all those arrows coming from all directions are frightening me! If I keep looking at the center for some time I feel hypnotized. The image has an abstract look but also an emotional feeling. A really beautiful work, Scott.
Take care.

If one looks at this long enough the image actually begins to move.
As your eyes move around the edges, the illusion of a swirling motion keeps sucking you back to center..
I'm hallucinating again!
Well done Scott
