Amazing patterns in the sand augmented by the flow of water and staining of peat. So many abstract opportunities here.....

Thanks for having a look. If you leave a comment or critique, much appreciated. BTW - a lot of compression in effect here.

Sorry. I had to repost since I uploaded the wrong large file.

I really love the richness in color, pattern, and texture Eva. Nothing I would change on this one.

Fine abstract, Eva. Recognizable and not at the same time.

Great abstract Eva. I would crop off the top third to push the abstract nature of the image.

Superb, Eva. Absolutely superb. Those blacks mixed in with the warm colors, the form, line and texture, all come together in an exquisite composition. Hope you shot a few with the 6x7 as well. Can't say enough how good this is. Love it.

I really like this one, Eva. Without the description I could never guess the scale of the scene. The color and comp are wonderful.

That's some amazing textures, Eva! The black stained sand really makes the scene special. Excellent abstract!

Wow, beautiful abstract Eva. I love the feel of this. The colors and textures are wonderful! I like it just as it is, but I can also see the crop working well that Justin mentioned. Excellent work! :toast:

Eva, your abstract with that specific grainy look works extremely well for me. The lack of a scale makes it even more interesting to me. The delictae blue shades at the top together with the diverse tones of the sand are spot on in my opinion

Awesome, Eva! The larger rendition is spectacular! For me it's a beautiful giant abstract.
This has so much going for it--lines composed diagonally, great detail, various tonailties.
and shapes/formations. I suspect that this would make a great large print.

Love the rich color and diagonal flow to this. The patterns add so much depth to this photo as well. Great work.

Lovely abstract. I like how the darker dune grab the eyes and pull them into the image. I think the grainy overall texture works very well as presented but also wonder what it would look like without the grain (assumes that the grain was added deliberately).

Very nice, Eva! The top part is interesting, but personally i think it draws too much attention away from the bottom--so i would crop the top 1/6. Nice any way you slice it tho

Even though its kind of an abstract, the contrast, and colors are very rich and rewarding. I love it.

Stunning abstraction of coastal elements, Eva. Love the patterns and the rich color. This image really caught my eye, and I find an inspirational character to it.
