Superb shot, David! The large version makes you feel like you're right there. The exposure is perfect, the pastel colors are very natural and the details are crisp. Very nicely shot!

Nice David, the misty water adds a unique element to this one and love how you were still able to get some reflection. Terrific detail as usual in the large version

David, the surrealistic look of the water together with the haze just makes the difference for me. The centered and static composition reflects the steadyness of these trees well to me. I also enjoy the delicate pattern of the twigs and foliage contrasted by the mighty stems.

Another Beautiful shot! I can't really say much that I have not said before. But you have never posted an image that I didn't like, or was not at least a little envious of!

Cypress resting on a pane of frosted glass. Incredible still water. Love the trees and the palette of colors here. The State of LA should hire you to do a tourism promotion. Wonderful image.

Great colors and textures in the trees, they complement each other so well. I also like how the mist obscures the water surface and adds a bit of mystery.

Another masterful image from your swamp, David. Incredible. This would be exquisite without the mist but the addition of that subtle mist creates such an expression of quiet, of peace, of timelessness. Superb.
