Nice shot. I like the colors in the scene. If I had to change something I would try to get closer to the cascades to put more emphasis on them. Either way, an attractive shot.

Beautiful scene, well composed. The colors and textures are super. On my contrasty Imac monitor, the cascades and rocks in the background are rather bright and contrasty, resulting in a loss of detail. This is excellent as is, but if you can bring back the detail in those areas, this would be even better, IMO.

Beautiful fall color. I love the mossy fg rocks. There is a warmth in the this image that is very appealing. The light seems a little strong but IMO it isn't major problem. Nice Image

Real nice fall scene. I would agree with Scott about bringing down the background a bit. Seems kind of bright to me. For my tastes, toning it down would improve a fine image.

Gorgeous scene Philip! What an amazing location and you seem to have timed the fall colors perfectly. The image feels a bit too contrasty and perhaps a bit over-exposed. I wonder if you have calibrated your monitor recently? It might be worth doing a calibration and then open the image again and see if you can pull down the highlights and pull back on the contrast just a bit, because it's a classic stellar fall image that just needs a minor tweaking.

Phillip,

This is a very well composed and lovely autumn river scenic. I like the diagonal flow of the water and there's a nice balance between the autumn color, rock and water. I might agree about the overall brightness, but I don't think you're off by too much and I'm also looking at this on my laptop. Good looking image.

Pretty. I like the fall colors and the warm light the bring to the scene.
