I really like the way the sunrise paints the snow but I've had difficulty reproducing the sweet pastels in an image. I like this attempt the best to date. I appreciate any feedback you care to offer. Thanks for looking.

Nancy, I'm not sure if this isn't what you envisioned but I think the colors are beautiful. The warm colors in the sky contrast nicely with the cooler colors in the snow. What can I say, I like it!

What a great palate of color. I am sure that your eye didn't see the image exactly like this but your creation from your sole works for me.

Beautiful colors in the sky. The small version looks a bit soft, could use more sharpening? and I would not mind a little cropped off the bottom. But the sky is glorious with its pastel tones and nice color gradient.

IMO, this is certainly one of your best efforts to date. Gorgeous color, although the composition could use a little work probably (hard to say since I can't see the surroundings). One of the prettiest skies I've seen in a while.

Simply beautiful! The colors in the sky and the purple reflection in the snow are outstanding. I can see why some are suggesting a foreground crop, but that takes away a lot of the purple and it contrasts so nicely with the orange/pink in the sky.

I feel like you nailed the composition and the pastel colors are really beautiful. It looks like it was taken without a tripod, with just a hint of motion blur (or perhaps the wind was blowing the trees)- you might be able to add a little bit of localized sharpening in Photoshop. Otherwise it's a very cool image.

Already been said, but what gorgeous color! The sky is especially beautiful, but I'm also enjoying and appreciate that you pick up on the absorbed/reflected colors in the snow. Simple and lovely. Hard to improve upon that.
