Thick knee-Apologies

Was trying to get a shot of this thick knee in the Miller Park Zoo rain forest exhibit, but couldn't get low enought (knees and hip) so I decided to try using live view hand held with the articulated LCD. I liked the results, but took several shots to get one in fair focus.

I made an error, this image was not taken with Live View. I guess I was having a senior moment, sorry. I will post the correct photo with larger image, later today.

A nice shot of a very strange looking bird with a strange name. I like the pose and the detail looks good but would be easier to tell with a large post. It gets harder to get down for those low angles every passing year. Actually getting down isn't to bad it's getting back up that is the problem!

A very interesting looking bird John. Looks like your techniqued work pretty well.

Interesting subject and the bird stands out well despite some competition from the background and foreground.

Very cute! Good composition. Great idea to use live view to get such a great POV.
