Good looking little fellow! I am wondering if his head seems a tad out of focus? Maybe it needs a little sharpening, I can't tell exactly. Also, if you have more space available, I would probably add more room to the left & to the bottom. I have never even heard of a Stoat!

Nice looking animal. Nice pose, light and background. The eye looks just a little soft. To me it looks like the focus hit the body and not the eye.

Hi Jeff, beautiful image of this fascinating creature. You have a wonderful smooth green OOF BG here. I agree that the image seems to lack some sharpness and that the focus us probably more on the chest that the eye. It will help others when critiquing your image if you provide a bit more information about the image, particularly the shooting techs.

And by the way, please don't hesitate and jump in to comment on the work of others a bit more as well. :wink:
