Wow, a lot to like here. Beautiful, soft light and tones! The water leads us in and the foreground, with its various vivid greens and interesting textures, is very compelling. I do wish there was a bit more sky, as I think the good ol' rule of thirds would strengthen this one.
EDIT: Upon taking another look, I realized that by cropping off the left 10% or so the image suddenly feels more balanced to me and partially reduces the need for more sky. My two cents, anyhow.

I like those greens a lot, and the river leads the eye nicely into the frame. Great shot.

Honestly, I find the colors to be a little overwhelming and somewhat incongruent. My suggestion is to leave the stream, mountains, and sky alone and desaturate the rest of the image by approximately 10 points. I hope this helps because your composition and light are killer.

The color mix is beautiful Rainer. I especially like the vibrant greens against the gorgeous sky. The stream is a grat lead in.
