McDonald's Cove #2

Taken over Christmas holiday of one of those spots I go to over and over again to try to find a special light. Taken with Canon 40D using 10-20 IS lens. Used PS and Topaz filters to give it a watercolor painting effect.

Comments always welcomed.

The painterly effect is a great addition to a finely composed image. That long s-curve of the water sweeping from shore to shore and the distant trees keep the eyes moving and create tremendous depth. Lovely!
