The solitary frog amongst the lily pads, conveys a feeling of solitude. Comments appreciated.

One of your very best Albert. It certainly conveys an air of solitude and peace. I love the reflected clouds joining with the composition of the pads.

Albert: This is really well seen and composed. The cloud reflections are a marvelous part of the BG although I think I would crop just a touch from the top, perhaps just 10-15%. Most excellent image.>=))>

That's a fine collection of lily pads and you isolated them very well. The frog seems lonely. I also like the cloud reflection at the top. As a minor nit, I think that a slight darkening of the clouds with a gradient might make viewing the top easier.

Albert:
A very fine image indeed. The reflection of the blue sky and whispy cloud works really well. As for the frog, its just enjoying the peace and solitude of inner peace. A great place to meditate. Also like the lily bud peeking out of the water.

Just great, Albert! Perfect with the frog. I think I'd prefer a little less of the white clouds at the top, though. If I scroll down to eliminate most of it, there remains what then feels to me like drifting mist; and I like that mood. Just a thought…

Albert. in a click you have stopped the whole word of a pond:a frog, waterlilies pads and flower; the sky and clouds bathing in it. Splendid.
Take care.

Very lovely, Albert ! You have somehow achieved a real mood of serenity as well as solitude; I think the cloud reflections are helping to do that. Beautifully seen and captured !!

Boy Albert IMHO this is one of your best ever images. The light, comp and reflection of the clouds in the water present as perfect sense of peace and solitude. Many cudos. You really need to print this very big and fill a full wall. :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Very intriguing picture, Albert! I like the way the sky is reflected in the water, the nice grouping of lily pads, and the great lighting. The frog is a nice little extra surprise! I almost did not notice him with my first look. Very peaceful shot; great job.
