Lovely composition, with all the lines converging off to the right side. Wonderful painterly feeling to this, especially in the mountain and its reflection, where the beautiful light seems to have more power than the details. I think perhaps the moderatley long shutter speed smoothes out the water details just enough, while the distance and atmosphere do the same for the mountain. Yet somehow the details in the FG elements and the trees seem right at home among the relative softness of the water and mountain. A winning combination in my view.

Beautiful capture here Daniel! I really like the detail in the larger version of the mountain and the way the tree line works in contrast with the base of the mountain. I find it ironic, as here in Washington, we have at least 15 "lost lakes". Never understood how a lake can be called lost if it is found. Yours is spectacular in its own right. My only little nit, and this is just me, is the two little pieces of log sticking out of the water in the lower right. And that is very very minor. Cheers!!

A beautiful scene and I especially enjoy the mood this has. Nice work Daniel capturing the feel of this place.

I like the nice pastel colors in the sky and reflection. I also like how the eye is led into the image.

This is very nice Daniel. You have really caught good light and I like the comp with the FG rocks.

Nicely composed, great light. You don't mention and NDF, but it sort of feels like one was used. Sky seems a bit dark and there's an NDF halo sort of on the trees.

great image design and love the soft light here
interesting focal length - I presume you were a fair distance away from the log?
the telephoto compression has created a good effect here
