Red-bellied Woodpecker

I have a pair of Red-bellied Woodpeckers visiting the feeder in my back yard - they are very skittish! Any input would be appreciated.

I feel you have done well with this image. It is nice and sharp, the colors are good, the BG sets the bird off well. It might use just a tad more room on the bottton. The area of the branch which is OOF might be a bit distracting, but IMHO not much if at all. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful catch! I agree with John about the OOF branch bit and more room at the bottom. Otherwise a really nice image - great pose and background, and nice light.

Welcome to NPN Vanessa, an excellent first post. Great eye contact and bg. Stopping down a little bit to get more of the perch in focus might have improved this, well done and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work.
