We have finally gotten some rain and the wildflowers are starting to bloom. There are some large wild rose patches by the pond at Buffalo Creek Wildlife Management Area. Thank you for all of you input.

Excellent comp, Richard. The light is strong, but well managed, and the center detail is also very good.

Richard - Waiting for our Roses to bloom here. We might be several weeks away from that.

Very nice detail on the Rose and a beautifully captured yellow center :cool: - a touch more frontal depth of field might have accommodated the slightly OOF frontal petal and foliage.
