Mom's Yard #3

Gallery: Man & NaturePosted May 14, 2012173 views1 comments

Found this scene in my photo journey through my Mother's back yard working on a book for her on 90th birthday June 5th.
Sony a77
Minolta f2.8 100mm Macro prime lens
Tripod, ball head and reflector
ISO 640, f5.6 1/250 sec

Can anyone identify the species of feather?

Thanks for looking.

Sharp details and great use of your reflector, very unusual find Rick.
Like the the vertical format, well done!

PS - Maybe a spotted woodpeckers feather? Hard to know.
