Not much color along this trail leading to Lake Huron so I tried my hand at a black and white image.
Canon 7D, Canon 10-22mm, 1/20 sec, f/16, ISO 100.

Nice job on the conversion, I think the b/w works well. The clouds have enough texture to add interest to the sky, and I like the sandy trail leading up the slope.
