This is from Mother's Day weekend. I took my wife to the beach to say "thanks" for being so awesome and holding down the fort while I've been out shooting this spring. So as the night was winding down and the light was getting good, she took the kids back to the hotel and let me shoot this spectacular evening at Cannon Beach. Twenty years together this July and she gets more awesome everyday.

Gorgeous shot Jeremy!! Beautiful combination of colors and action. The reflected colors on the sand is really nice, and chosen shutter speed is very nice.

You'd better hold on to that Diamond of yours for letting you capture gems like this.

Absolutely wonderful, Jeremy. Love the water motion and the soft tones. If I may leave a suggestion it would be to brighten the darker blue in the center of the sky where the polarizer kicked in the most just to connect the left and the right side of the sky a bit better. Otherwise this is flawless for me.

Hi Jeremy. Very nice!! The colors blend very well with the "soft" scene. This shot really "stands" among the others here. I also like to take my family with me to take photograph when possible! Happy Anniversary!

ciao,

marco

Wonderful salmon pink stained beach really makes this shot particularly as it is juxtaposed and adjacent to that delicate blue tinged water breaking on the beach.

This image too is awesome, Jeremy! I like the color tones and the shutter speed for the
wave. Well composed, displaying an appropriate amount of the beach.

Wow, you've been posting some great stuff here on NPN lately, Jeremy. I'm liking the pastels in this one, and the mood created by the mist and the motion in the water is wonderful. Just perfect. :toast: :toast:

Well done. The color and the action in the water is fantastic. The only minor nit would be the centered monolith - but that is very minor.

This is an outstanding image, Jeremy. One of the best coastal scenes I have scene. The color palette especially is awesome and so is the manner in which the sky and the water complement each other, with the monolith serving as the anchor.
