Folks,
This is one of those experiments. Shooting direct into a reflection, a stark white subject.

Compelling composition with the bird neatly in the corner. The lily pads look floating in air...adding interest. The color of the bird seems purple-tinted on my monitor....maybe it is my monitor.

Very artistic result Balan, definitely pays to think outside the box and experiment on occasion. The elements in the frame are fine as is, but if you wanted to do a little bit of cloning you could remove a lily pad or two around the edges to improve nature a little; I'm thinking of the one pad at the lower left edge.

Thanks for experimenting, Balan. It is certainly a good way to learn! Personally, I would revisit my processing and revisit the site under similar conditions and try some other things.

I like the idea Balan. I miss the head of the bird's reflection and would have liked that included, but I like see other things to look through in the frame.

like this very much - only regret the chopped head in the reflection. i'd consider b&w conversion ... if you wish to stay with colour, there's a purple cast to manage!

Balan, It is good to see your work again. I have and still try to shoot back lit situations. I like your composition (great as usual) and you have handled the exposure very well.
