Nice shot. I like the head turn, nice catch light in the eye, and great color.

Very nice red on this cardinal, the texture looks like velvet. The gun grey sky works exceptionally well with the red. I like the classic pose a lot. I would consider cropping a bit tighter on the top and in front of the bird. Well done.

Nice "over the shoulder" pose. I like that everything is in focus and quite sharp. I feel like the cardinal is a bit over saturated, but that could just be me. Well done!

Scott, Great image. I like the whole composition and pose. IMO the exposure is spot on and the colors are just beautiful. I really enjoy looking at this image.

Beautiful capture, Scott. That is a very deep red in the body, and the bright beak really stands out. Tack sharp and great head turn.

NIce pose you captured. It's really interesting to see all the color variations of what we see as a "red" bird. Ours here in PA are much grayer on the back. The deep scarlet you got is really pretty. Sharon

Nice shot of my favorite bird. I like how the sweet light brings out the iridescent red on the cardinals head.

Great light on the face here - nice pose, bright eye, cool perch, and nice BG. The tiniest of nits - I'd personally trim back the branch away from the beak a bit -
Very well-done!
