I shot this Wire-Tailed Swallow Botswana recently. I like the colors and single reed. As it was relatively close for the 500mm I went for an aperture of f/10.0 in order to get more of the subject in focus.

Beautiful color palette, beautiful capture. Everything seems to work very well in the composition. Nice work using f/10 to pull off the DOF. Great image.

Sweet! This is an awesome image! A very slight halo is present on the back of the dark feathers. Great use of the f10 to get everything so nice and crisp. Sharon
