This is a shot of a relatively static subject - and yet there is so much wonderful (visual) movement in this image. Love it!

Really nice warm light. The contrast of the blue & earth tones is nice. The radiant lines of the clouds are a real plus. Well seen & well captured!

I really like your comp on this, Jim! The off-center foreground rock is balanced nicely with the background rock. The angled treeline makes a nice transition from the red rocks to the blue sky. Those clouds add so much; they look like they are radiating from the foreground rock. Great colors, wonderful details, nice lighting, interesting subject. . . well done!

Love that sky especially. The rest is great also, with the nicely balanced foreground and background hoodoos and details in the rocks.

Gotta love Zion. Good use of the patterns in the sky to complement those in the rocks.

Very interesting image. To me, the patterns in the rocks and the patterns in the sky seem to vibrate. I love the whimsical row of holes in the rock. This shot is balanced well.

The detail and placement of the second formation in the distance are excellent. Nicely done.
