Nikon D300, 150mm, F/16, 1/40, ISO 200.
Most of the other lilies were fully developed, I found this partially developed lily the most beautiful. The visitor also seemed to go with the scene, comments appreciated.

Lovely Albert. Clean, crisp and a dragonfly too.

Albert - This is very pretty. Lily Pads are working in your favour giving you a good composition. While the Damselfly adds another point of interest, the Lily stands on it own proudly.

The square comp works well here. How did you manage to find such clean specimens? Any time I've shot lillies, either the flowers are wilted or the pads are chewed up. Beautiful soft colors. The party crasher definitely adds interest to an already beautiful photo.

We've all seen many lily images so anything different is welcomed and the "visitor" adds just the right touch particularly in the larger version. Nice stuff.
