Another composition from the Coneflower, this time focussing real close to the spiky head. I have a few others to go.

ND300s, AFD200mm F/4 Micronikkor with 36mm of ET, F/16, 1/10 Sec, ISO400, Tripod and Plamp as it was windy.

Thanks a lot for your comments on Coneflower-2 and let me know if you like this one or not.

Incredible color and quite a pattern, Ram. Nice going! Makes a pretty appealing design that might make one surprised to know it's a flower.

I really like the design, Ram. I also like the focus on the center going out to the yellow ring. Well done. Works for me.

Your getting good mileage out of that coneflower! I particularly like the radiating softness in this...psychedellic!

Different and splendid all the same. I love the progressive decreasing of light, focus, saturation from the center outwards.
Ram, I see a little bit of more light in the center inside the yellow circle; and you?
Cheers.

Gigi - I think its the green color there which makes it look as if there is more light in the center formed by the yellow. I cannot offer any other explanation as there was no other light source that was used like flash or reflector. Regards/Ram
