Bryce's Layers

This was just after sunrise at Bryce Canyon National Park. I really liked the layered effect with the soft ridge in between the two layers of hoodoos that seem to go on forever. C & C requested.

Canon 40D, f11, 1/160 sec, iso 200, -0.3 step exp. bias, 35 mm (17-85 IS lens) on a cheap old tripod. . .

Classic beauty. The layers of light and color work very well here.

Classic beauty, indeed! The light is perfect for this scene. I have no suggestions on improving this at all.

I like the intensity of colour as you move front to back. Beautiful light! :toast:

Excellent layers and colors here Ed. I like how the trees provide a sense of scale in this scene.
