Here's one I got after a nice peaceful walk up to Bald Peak lookout. I didn't see another person whole time I was there, so it was really a great time after a stressful day to get out and shoot. I love just sitting at scenes like these and not shooting sometimes. I think since I became a photographer I sometimes forget that I used to do this day in and day out without a camera. Chasing the light is really fun and exciting, but slowing down and enjoying what we photograph is quite often a better payoff than the photograph itself. Thanks for looking!

Quiet and understated but perfectly composed. Like it!

Doesn't look like a bad place to just sit back and relax. Wildflowers, mountains, clouds, what's not to enjoy?

Lovely scene, and I wholeheartedly agree with your observations! :toast:
I might tone down the brightest whites in the cloud some? And for my tastes, add some local contrast to the foreground and mountain...

Very dynamic image with the tilted flowers framing in the foreground. It's a very stunning scene with your customary good light.

Looks like a great place to just sit and "drink it all in". Nice depth provided by the flowers and the cloud touching the peak.

Is this from Bald Mountain along the Top Spur trail that ties in to the Timberline Trail? Lovely place. What are the flowers like there now?

Sure is a beautiful scene Jeremy. I love the depth you've created here with the fg flowers being so close. Beautiful sky too.
