The poppy anemome is a favorite but is a difficult subject for me. Was pleased with the lighting on this image. Taken with Canon 7D, using 100-400 IS lens, handheld.

Patricia - As already mentioned, very nice lighting there with the radiating whites from the center highlighting that so nicely. I am not sure you added some vignette, then it was a good idea to highlight the blooms even better.

These flowers really stand out from the background! The wonderful "spotlighting" really highlights the colors and details in these flowers. Nice relationship of the two petals and I like the angled comp of the flowers. Well done, Patricia!
