Rainbow in Joshua Tree N

I went out to Joshua Tree National Park for the Perseid meteor showers and ended up having a great time photographing with the summer thunderstorms. The clouds were beautiful and the light was always changing. Rainbows were popping up here and there and I was finally in position to get a double.
The clouds disappeared for the evening meteor show.
Canon Mark III, Canon 17-40mm, polarizer, two exposures blended.

Greg,

What a great treat and moment to have seen at JT. I keep wanting to find and imagine that third rainbow! I also really like the contrast in warm light on the landscape and trees with the blue of the sky and the rainbows.

You might find it helpful and it would increase the potential comments you might get if you could take a moment to comment on other members images. We're all here for feedback, comments and critique. Thanks!

Great image and moment from Joshua Tree.

The rainbow really stands out against the blue sky. Very nice light. I think this might work well as a vertical also.

Very nice image. Unique light. Could see trying a lower perspective to get the trees separated from the ground more.

Point taken on my lack of participation. Sorry about that. I am new to this and felt strange about critiquing other very fine photographers. Will do!
All the best to everyone.
