Too Cute with Repost

Hi all,

I usually post in the flora section, but wanted to start posting some of my wildlife work as well. I took this a few weeks back, in the late afternoon where the Sun was low enough to not cast any strong shadows. At first I did a double take, because I was surprised to see a raccoon out in the middle of the day and thankfully the little critter was gracious enough to pose. :)

VERY cute! Excellent fur detail and nice comp.
The greens seem very bright to me, and compete for attention. You might experiement with toning them down a bit.

Morgan, this is sweet. Couldn't ask for a better setting. I do wonder if a slight crop from the bottom might help, in order to get the subject out of the vertical center of the frame. Otherwise, I love it.

Those eyes are intense. The bright greens detract a bit for me and I think it would help to darken them or cool them down a bit. Details are amazing, especially those eyes. Nice photo..

Very cute indeed Morgan! Excellent image. The only thing I would suggest to change is the vibrance of the greens, they seem a little overdone. I hope you will share some more of your wildlife images here

Really, really nice pose and the detail on this young raccoon is sweet. I agree with toning the greens down...the re-post feels way more natural.
