Fall Tom
by Peter Cross
I'm usually pretty so keyed into taking deer photos at the local nature area during the fall that I don't usually take many turkey shots. But when one runs up to you and seems to say, "Take my picture. Take my picture," it doesn't take long to snap off a few shots. I do really love the iridescence of their body feathers. This young tom is showing them off pretty well. Early morning but verging on getting too bright but I think this came out okay. I could have lowered the ISO but just forgot. Comments and critiques welcome and appreciated.
