Eucalyptus trees in the fog - Springbrook N.P, Queensland, Nov 2008.

Evening rain had darkened the trunks and saturated the colors nicely when I arrived early one morning up at Springbrook.

I've had this one on the back-burner for a number of years simmering away - just couldn't get the right feel happening.

Anyway, thanks for having a look - your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

David, the FG trees don't hold much interest for me. Just straight trunks and rather bland bark. What I do like is that big old tree behind them. That looks really interesting. Anyway could you take another POV and feature that one more prominently? The fog adds a great mood to the scene and your exposure is good.

I like the feeling and the colors in this image. The fog and color saturation is what makes the image.

Lovely David. Lots of fog images lately from everyone and I love it. This is very nice. The fog is a great element and I also really like the FG detail.

Wonderful mood. I might try to burn down the broken/chopped log on the ground.
