I had just the perfect day recently to shoot the stream (and later the falls itself) leading into what is Bucks Falls in Wayne County, PA. This is the exactly the point where the plunge begins, and goes about 20 feet down to an absolutely gorgeous stone cathedral. With the waterfall right in the middle.

There will be a few from here!! D90, ISO-200, 3 seconds, f-25, manual, CPL. Larger is posted, I hope it doesn't look over sharpened on here, it doesn't on normal view. Your C&C welcomed.

Not over sharpened at all, Bill. In fact, the technicals on this are excellent. I look forward to seeing more!

Wow, at first i thought the picture was sideways and the water lowing left to right. Seems a bit tight, especially with the fern leaves chopped in the botton.

That's a nice scene & it does not appear oversharpened in my view. The stick protruding from the bottom left does distract from the scene. That would have been a tough clone-out. I would have been tempted to knock that rascal down while shooting, but that's just me.

Interesting composition, Bill. I like that I can't see the bottom of the cascade as it makes me wonder how far down it is. I can tell from context that it is a relatively small cascade but there is still some mystery about how far it falls. I like the contrasting elements as well. I know you couldn't do much about it but the twig in the lower right hand corner is a little distracting - but that's being really picky.

An interesting intimate scene. I think you did a good job here. The colors looks natural. It does not look over sharpened to me.

Love the color contrasts on the neutral darks ....

Like Paul, I thought it was oriented on its side. My brain wants it the other way! Looks spectacular place. A unique view to the comp.
