Gorgeous little bird Sandy, beautiful colors..
Great job shooting wide open at this s-speed/higher ISO.

A beautiful bird! Love the electric blues and yellows. Overall the image seems a little dark, but I realize you we're in the jungle! Sharon

Sandy, very nice image. Very sharp for 1/25! IMHO the colors are great. Thanks for sharing. I am not familiar with Nikon cameras, could you have gone to a higher ISO?

A really cool looking bird Sandy. Love the comp. The yellows on the top of the head are a bit bright and fine detail is not super, but an image I would surely take.

Hello Sandy, what a colorful bird ! Well exposed. It would have been even better should the bird have look your way, but that said it's a fine shot as presented ! Cheers, Hans

I agree that this IS a fine image Sandy! What a beautiful catch and the larger version is super. Yes, some finer detail not showing up w/the yellows, but not worth complaining about.
