Peter,

There is something about the light here that is different and very appealing. Almost painterly, but that's not it; a little hazy glare that I think is working quite nicely. Anyway, I'm really enjoying this comp and somewhat intimate autumn scene. No nits or suggestions from me.

I really like the tree trunks, the lighting, and the composition here, but it seems like the leaves may have lost some color due to over sharpening.

I like the very different look you've created in this image Peter. It seems quite flat, but I like the effect. It looks like a beautiful oil painting, but it suits the scene so well and I love it's timeless feel.

Painterly is a good term to describe this image. The golden light, the bit of haze makes for a special scene.
Seems I am missing out on the danube floodlands this autumn. It is nice to see how it looks there currently.

It works well as is, and I think it would work better if the specular highlights were tamed a bit.

Absolutely beautiful composition and great almost subtle color. The detail and light on the trunks is so nice. My only concern is that it appears a bit oversharpened to my eye, but I see no one else has mentioned that, so perhaps it's my lousy work laptop monitor. I'll look again at home when I get a chance. Great eye to see this and capture it so effectively.
