Thanks for the feedback on my last post. I've been away for awhile and it's nice to see new names producing fine work along with the long time NPN family. Another from a misty Caddo morning.

Another great picture from the swamps. You have created great moodiness in this image. The composition and subtle colors are really nice.

You've caught the repeating pattern of these beautiful trees in a compelling composition. Great misty mood.

Perfection. the mist and the reflections blend so well together. One could get lost in this picture.

David, this is lovely and both inviting and mysterious at the same time. I really like your focus on the cypress trunks and how it's set off by the colors in the distance and the slight mist. Wonderful.

Love the mistique of this image. What's lurking behind the misty cypress?

I have _got_ to visit your neck of the woods some day. You are a master of working this environment; it looks so mysterious yet inviting.

The smokiness on the water's surface gives this a very ethereal mood David. An amazing almost surreal scene to me at least.

As always, another fine look at these great old cypress trees, David. I like it as you've presented here without any nits. Possibly the only negative point from my perspective would be that the previous image was so strong this one had a very tough opener to try and improve upon.

Millions of dollars were spent on this silly Avatar movie, trying to make a fantasy forest. Meanwhile, this can be found right here on our planet!! Way more realistic and interesting! Well done, I like this one a lot!

Sweet. What really strikes me in this image is the reflection, and how calm and peaceful this scene is.

Wow this makes me homesick. Great depiction of a cypress swamp. Some serious moss in that particular one. Nice job.
