Very unusual foliage color. The leaves are beautiful and the make an excellent bg for the twisted vine and tree trunk. Very nice composition

I thought this was a spring image when I saw the thumbnail Patricia. Very well seen. I think a little less brightness would bring out some more detail in those leaves.

Although the original post is more accurate colorwise, here is a repost with the suggested contrast and brightness adjustments. Let me know which you prefer. Thanks.

Patricia, I enjoyed the original post and the softness of the color and mood, but after seeing your repost I like it even more. The color in this is wonderful to me and you also did a great job with the comp. Very nice.

Interesting use of color and form. I could see an alternate with a crop from the top but this is nice as is.

The pastel hues and low contrast make for a wonderful, soft canvas against which the intriguing design of the foreground tree is placed. Nicely done.

The second has more impact for me. The details in the trunks show up much better. Nice intimate scene though and well done.

The pink color and twisted vine are nice. I think just a bump in contrast may be needed, as I prefer the brightness of the original. A possible crop from the top would be down to where the small branch on the left forks.
