I love pictures of old wooden structures and this one provides a great literal view, especially the gritty texture. On an abstract level, I am really enjoying the interplay of the horizonal and vertical lines, to which the diagonal ones add so much. Well done, Sandy.

Nice lines and chipping textures. Was this a red barn faded to pink?

Nice lines, color and detail in this Sandy. Great idea presented well. I'm also curious if this is red that faded or just plain pink.

Harley and Russ - I don't know! This is an old abandoned shed on an old, abandoned property. I don't know the history at all.
However, I will guess that it IS an old red shed faded to pink, as I've seen this colour faded from "Barn Red" on barns I know well.

Thanks Sandy, it's pretty in pink regardless of the cause.

Sandy,
Great study in lines, texture and just plain old structures - hard to resist! I like how the door don't fit so well any more!
