Striking photo, Sandy. The colors and dew are both excellent, and I love the strand of dew drops trailing off to the right. Excellent bg as well. Very good image. :toast:

Beautiful, simple image, Sandy! Love the raindrops of varying sizes and the little rope web also covered with drops. The drop on the very top is a perfect finishing touch. I like the pastel colors in this bud; however, if this were mine, I would probably increase the contrast/saturation in the bud a tiny bit to help bring out those wonderful colors. Nice find!

Beautiful. I did not know what this was when looking at the thumbnail, but bejeweled it is. And that guy-wire adds so much to the composition.

I like the gentle colors in the bloom and all the dew drops, especially the crowing drop at the top. The single silk thread is also a fine addition. I am bothered slightly by the disappearance of the thread before it hits the frame.

This image inspired me to take my camera with me this rainy morning to get our vehicle serviced. I wanted to see if I could come close to capturing something like this. Nope but I will keep trying. Thanks for you continued motivation.

Hi Sandy, a really nice image, if it was me i would have gone to f16 for a bit more DOF to get the point where the stem and bud meet a bit more in focus and i would have used a tripod, always do for all my marco shots.

Still a cracking shot though and well seen.
