One from my 2008 Bosque excursion. The silhouette shots I came away with were my favorites.

Love the full silhouettes and the line the cranes form. Nice colors too.

Do like this photograph. Good position on the cranes, good sharpness and color. I like these sunset/sunrise shots of birds in flight. This is a top one IMHO. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent. The crisp outlines and good wing position, along with the color and mountain, make this work extremely well.

Doug,
The three ahead of me pretty much covered my opinion.
Outstanding . . . :toast:

Gorgeous image. Crisp silhouettes and beautiful colors. Nice that the cranes all have different wing positions.

This is great, Doug. Wonderful colors, all three birds are sharp and well separated, I like their position in the background and there's no significant halo around the birds as is so often the case in a shot like this. Excellent.

Incredibly beautiful silhouette. An excellent start to the day I'll bet. I like staring at this image and hearing them in my head.

Real nice silhouette shot. A tad more room in front of the lead bird would work, too. I like the pano crop. Sharon

Beautiful shot Doug, something I could easily imagine seeing but not being quick enough to capture. Glad you were!
