It was nice to get this Black Rhino out in the open, moving around in some good light in Etosha National Park during our Namibia photo tour last year.

Nate, I appreciate the sense of motion imparted on such a large subject by capturing the moment with two of four legs off the ground. Cool.

Nice, Nate. Love the stop action with his feet up. The larger version brings out the detail nicely. I suppose you could call that a tail on an animal this big...

Nice habitat shot and the raise feet is a bonus... lighting is a bit tough but doesn't ruin it

Nate, I really like the sharpness and detail of the image, but the capture of the two-beat, diagonal gate is really nice. Was the rhino "jogging" or just walking? Just curious. I would probably have cloned out that stem beneath its tail, but certainly not necessary. I just envy you being there to see this!

If they show themselves, they're rarely jogging, so a shot to be happy about! :smile:
