I have been going through my archives...I took this back in May I believe. At the time I didn't like the background so much (plain old dirt..with a hint of green) but now I don't think I mind it so much after all. This is a stack of 26...the flowers are fairly small.

More work went into finding a flower & trying to compose the frame than actually stacking it. I don't know why but I have always found these very difficult to photograph!

C&C welcome!

Eirini,

I like this very much and for me it's the bg that makes the image. Beautiful stack and dof control.

Eirini ...I like this one for the BG and the colors on the flower and buds. The dof control is astounding. My monitor is not showing up enough contrast though ..could be my monitor .

The background adds to this one already being done well to make it a really good environmental portrait.

Eirini - Simple, neat and elegant frame. A crop from the top also might make another good alternate composition. Love the use of the darker colored background to make the lighter tones pop.
