Morteratsch Glacier, Switzerland

A little bit later than my previous shot.
Just like with the other one here is also true that however nicely the early snowfall covered the mountains, unfortunately also covered the glacier's patterns.

Thank you for looking, C&C are welcome.

Shantikara

Canon 5D markII + EF 17-40 No filter
ISO 100 - f/7.1 - 1/5 sec - WB: 5500K
Single exposures, some burn/dodge, curves

This definitely conveys the mood of a peaceful sunset (?). This must have been a wonderful moment to experience in person.

Very nice scene. I like the pano presentation. My first thought was that the snow was too blue/cyan, but I'm coming around to thinking it looks OK with the intense warm colors on the horizon. However, if I scroll-crop the sky the too-blue quality of the snow quickly returns. I'm on my laptop, so this assessment might not be accurate. It's just the perception of what I see.

A beautiful winter scene. I like the pano format showing off this view. I have the same thoughts as Brian as it must have been great being there to see this.

There is a very appealing flow in your composition for me, Shantikara, and the color palette adds a lot. Perfect exposure and excellent processing to my eye.

I would like to see the exposure numbers, etc. It's always interesting for shots like this. I like that lovely color in the distance. Excellent handling of the blueish tints and the exposure in this. It's that color that really holds my eye, though. Nice.

Thanks you all for the comments!
Genny - sorry, I did not put any technical info, here it is:
ISO 100 - f/7.1 - 1/5 sec - WB: 5500K - Single exposures, some burne/dodge, curves
Tony - the snow reflects the sky colors, but maybe a bit too saturated here.
