This was one of the most intense sunrises I've seen. Add to that the ocaen was almost dead calm made for unusual circumstances. Sort of lost for a title.

You've done an admirable job of balancing the bright sky with the detailed rocks in the foreground.

Really nice comp with and "x" running through it, and the color is great. Very well done!

Intense light and colour and great composition with the "X" shape.
Does it need a tad more midtone contrast in the foreground rocks?

I agree with you that it deserves a better title.
5 seconds, wow, that's quite a while for a sunset. You sure did get great colors in this, and it's balanced really well, too, between dark and bright, land and sky. I think the rocks in the FG really add to this; it wouldn't be nearly as strong an image without them.
Nicely done. :toast:

Very nice Bill. The colors are beautiful in the sky and reflection. I'm also enjoying your composition here. Nice work!

It's gorgeous, Bill! You sure do an amazing job with the long exposures. the sunrise is exposed perfectly yet you have excellent detail in the foreground rocks. I especially like the visibility of the submerged rock. Very nicely done :toast:

All of the lines radiate outward from the set sun, making for a nice comp with natural-looking colors.
