At 6,643 feet, Clingmans Dome is Great Smoky Mountains National Park's highest point. It is the highest point in Tennessee, and the second highest point east of the Mississippi. Only North Carolina's Mt. Mitchell (6,684 feet) rises higher.

My method of commenting usually strives from the first impression I get when looking at an image. In this case, it is the title rather than the image itself. As a viewer, I'm confused as to which part is Clingman's Dome. Is it the hill on the left side, or right side, or one of the peaks in the far distance, or perhaps we're standing on the Dome looking out at the view? A small, nitty point, but one I feel many viewers might ponder, at least to themselves.
Looks like some dark and ominous weather is about to occur. There does appear to be an unnatural gradient between the bottom part being lighter and the top portion being darker. Particularly in the foliage and ridgeline.
