Iced Over (Again)

As you can see, I am not really good with titles. Here's another from the Dream Lake ice abstracts. Just looking to get some comments on the abstracts to see if they are worthy of putting them on my website. I shot a lot of them, but narrowed it down to about 6.

I promise to post a sunset shot from San Diego next to break up the monotony.

Canon 5D2, 90mm TS-E, 2-3 shot stitch.

Stunning dynamics for me in your abstract again, Jimmy. You present us an amazing series, I really enjoy your diverse variations on this theme.

I'm loving these images Jimmy - keep 'em coming! They appear so cosmic in nature. Lovely composition so far too.

Love your series of these blue ice images, Jimmy. This one really goes deep into the brain. Don't know why. That's what make it work so well.

Jimmy,

I've missed commenting on many of these, but just wanted to chime in and say these absolutely belong on your website! This one is wonderful. I really like the almost near 3D effect as well as the implied depth.

How about, "A Razor's Edge" or "Ice Hatchet?" ;-)

The blues are strong in all the series, but I think appropriate. Excellent work as always.

Love the design in the ice on this one, Jimmy, and again the deep blues to almost pure whites. Fantastic ice series by the way.

Another excellent abstract, Jimmy. I wish I would have shown up later than I did to have more time to explore the abstracts before I was frozen. You have a great eye for these, and I can't wait for the others.

This simplicity of this and the lines make it work for me.
