While I was looking at this image I thought it might be quite fitting for this weekly challenge. I made this picture on a small lake close to my home with some pretty heavy fog. I liked how it simplified the scene and made me think more about the symmetrical shapes.

An interesting thing about fog photography is how the horizon can be made to disappear. You have captured a graceful form here. Also very calm and serene mood. Nice shot.

Well, a reflection certainly creates symmetry! Great entry for the challenge, Nick but also a great photo as well. As Robert mentioned, I like how the horizon has disappeared due to the fog. The tree has interesting angles and lines and is placed just right in the frame IMO. I also like how the area on the top right is darker and more clear but then the light becomes bright and more indistinct as it moves to the left and where the tree seems to be reaching to. Cool shot!

I like the idea here of using the well defined reflection as the mirrored or symmetrical view of the downed tree, Nick. Works very well for this weeks challenge with a unique approach IMO.

This is a very artistic reflection Nick. Love the symmetry. Seems like this would have been ideal for last week's theme also in the Murk. Love the design and balance of this.
