Scotts Bluff Nat. Mon.

I was taking my 3 mile walk very early this morning and the sky was shaping up to produce some light that I had been waiting for for a while. I took a short cut home through some fields and a dry irrigation ditch so I could get my camera and get to the spot to take the image before the light would peek. The light over the Scotts Bluff National Monument, especially with the clouds was really nice and I got there in time. Thanks for your comments and critiques.

Love the red glow and expanse of the bluff. Posting size limitations don't do justice to images like this Richard. It must look amazing in large print.

Hi Richard, This is really a pretty panoramic scene. You caught some great clouds over the bluffs and the glow of the light and colors looks beautiful. This would have to be seen much larger to really appreciate what you have here I think. Nice work! :toast:

Great panoramic Richard. Great catch with the line of clouds somewhat echoing the buttes. Nice light and color.

The bottom seems a bit cut off, but then I'm guessing that might have to do with more "development" near the bottom? Minor issue.
